COMPOSTING
BIOZYS composting technologies
Compost is a local and renewable fertilizer. It enriches our soils and stores carbon in the form of stable organic matter.
Compost helps avoid importing fossil mineral fertilizers. It thus contributes to the fight against global warming.
Composting in Tunnels
Construction of floor, walls and ceiling in XA3 concrete (high resistance to the corrosive environment of the fermentation process), with an entrance opening for the passage of the machine during the filling and emptying operations of the tunnels, and closed by a door during the composting phases.

Composting in a Dome
Construction of the floor and walls in XA3 concrete (high resistance to the corrosive environment of the fermentation process), with an opening at the entrance for the passage of the machine during the filling and emptying of the bins. The cover is a lightweight structure composed of a galvanized steel metal frame and a translucent tarpaulin. The door closing the entrance during the composting phases is of the same design.

Composting under breathable membranes
Composting in concrete bins:
Floor construction (with integration of air lines) and XA3 concrete walls (high resistance to the corrosive environment of the fermentation process), with an inlet opening for the passage of the machine during the filling and emptying operations of the compartments. The air lines can also be positioned on a slab under the material.
Free windrow composting:
Formation of windrows without retaining veils, with or without ventilation by air lines. Depending on the ventilation of the windrows, these lines can be either integrated into the slab or above ground.
