Privacy Policy
Susty Wastes Solutions (hereinafter “SWS”) attaches the utmost importance to respecting the privacy of its customers and prospects, users of the software it publishes and the confidentiality of their personal data.

SWS undertakes to handle the data it processes, in compliance with applicable regulations such as the law of June 20, 2018 relating to information technology, files and freedoms and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD).
ARTICLE 1: Definitions

Personal data: any information relating to a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly.

Processing of personal data: any operation, or set of operations, relating to such data, whatever the process used, whether automated or not (collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, reconciliation or interconnection, blocking, erasure or destruction, etc.).

Cookie: A cookie is a small computer file, or “tracker”, that is deposited and read, for example, when you visit a website, read an e-mail, install or use software or a mobile application, regardless of the type of terminal used (computer, smartphone, etc.).
ARTICLE 2 : Data controller
The company responsible for processing personal data is SWS, whose registered office is at Rue Thier Du Ry 5 (4671) Barchon, Belgium, with capital of €10,000, registered under number 0746 535 754.
ARTICLE 3: Data collected and purpose
Within the scope of the SWS software license (hereinafter referred to as the “Software”), SWS collects the following personal data: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, login name/password.
Users' personal data is collected via a contact form.
On the basis of the Software license contract, the processing is carried out for the purposes of accessing and operating the SWS Software, providing a solution for managing the follow-up of customer projects, administering user accounts, managing user licenses, responding to requests made by users on the Software support section when users encounter problems with the Software.
ARTICLE 4: Data recipients - subcontractors
Personal data will be used exclusively by SWS.
SWS does not sell or rent personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
In the event of illegal activities, suspicions of illegal activities, for the purposes of investigations or judicial requisitions, personal data may be transmitted, upon request, to the judicial or control authorities: police, gendarmerie, magistrate, departmental directorate for the protection of populations (ex DGCCRF), tax or social services etc...
Personal data collected and processed directly by SWS is stored exclusively in France, in databases on MICROSOFT servers.
ARTICLE 5 : RightsIn accordance with current legislation, users have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose and limit the processing of their personal data. Users may :
Request portability for data supplied and required for processing.

Free access to, modification or deletion of personal data, except for legal obligations (accounting, tax, controls) to retain them by SWS.

Give instructions regarding the retention, deletion and communication of user data after death

ARTICLE 6: Safety
SWS takes all necessary measures to ensure the security of the personal data it collects.
No personal data is stored on SWS's premises; the personal data collected is hosted by specialized subcontractors (hosting, emailing).
Access to servers or secure databases is managed directly by SWS. Access to the servers is restricted by a strong login and password, and by an encrypted connection of the ssl / https type.
Servers are hosted in MICROSOFT's highly secure datacenters.
ARTICLE 7: Data retention period
In order to comply with its legal obligations or to have the elements necessary to assert its rights, SWS will archive data under the conditions provided for by the regulations.
The length of time that users' personal data is kept varies according to the purpose for which it was collected:
Data relating to the provision of the Software, the creation of user accounts and access to the service will be retained for the duration of the Software license agreement. At the end of this period, personal data will be archived and then destroyed.
ARTICLE 8: Transfer of data outside the EU
SWS does not transfer any user data outside the European Union.
ARTICLE 9: Information in the event of data theft
If, in spite of all the safeguards implemented by SWS and its subcontractors, some of the personal data should suffer a security breach, SWS undertakes to inform users within the legal time limits in force.
This legal obligation to inform shall not be construed as an admission of liability or negligence on the part of SWS or its subcontractors.
ARTICLE 10: Modification of our privacy policy
SWS reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, in particular in accordance with changes in applicable laws and regulations.
